Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact or early-access forms we collect your name, dealership name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter, such as a phone number, current website, or message.

Analytics information (only if you accept). If you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load.

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers automatically process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure.

How we use information

• To reply to your questions and send you the copy of your message you asked for.
• To contact you about early access, if you signed up for it.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (only with your consent).
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary cookies. Our security provider (Cloudflare) may set cookies needed to protect the site from bots and attacks. These are always on because the site cannot run safely without them.

Analytics cookies. Google Analytics cookies (named _ga) are only set after you click Accept. We use Google Consent Mode, and advertising storage stays off.

You can change your choice at any time using Your Privacy Choices in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and remove the analytics cookies from your browser.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out and analytics stays off.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Cloudways (website hosting)
• Cloudflare (security, performance and DNS)
• Elastic Email (sending form emails)
• Google Analytics (site analytics, only with your consent)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, and then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Washington and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising (we don't do either).
• Not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, use the privacy request form below. We will verify your request and complete it within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Health data

We do not collect consumer health data as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act or similar laws.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to form submissions is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
